Privacy

This notice explains what we do with personal information collected through this website. It covers this site only. The services described here are run under their own terms, and we will tell you separately about those if you take them.

Who we are

The Dentist Network is operated by {{ Registered company name }}, company number {{ Company number }}, registered at {{ Registered address }}. We are the data controller for information collected through this website, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under {{ ICO registration number }}.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the discovery call form. There is no account to create, and we do not buy contact data about you from anywhere else.

  • Your name
  • Your practice name
  • Your email address, your phone number, or both
  • Anything you choose to write in the optional message field

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call, and have that conversation with you. If you ask us to model figures for your practice, we use what you send us for that purpose and no other.

We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you enquired. If we ever want to send you something that is not a reply to you, we will ask you first.

Our lawful basis

We rely on legitimate interests: you contacted a business asking it to get in touch, and replying to you is what you asked for. You can object to this at any time and we will stop.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and email providers process the enquiry in order to deliver it to us. They act on our instructions and cannot use it for their own purposes. We will disclose information if the law requires it, and not otherwise.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for two years from your last contact with us, so we have the context if you come back to us. After that they are deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.

Job applications

If you send us your CV through the careers page, we collect your name, your contact details, the role and regions you are interested in, any registration number or qualifications you choose to tell us about, and the files you attach. We use them to consider you for roles in the practices we work with, and for nothing else.

Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete what we hold.

We keep applications for 12 months from the date you send them, so we can come back to you if a suitable role opens. After that they are deleted. We do not share your CV with a practice without telling you first, and we do not check your details against any register without asking you.

Applications are delivered to us by email through our email provider, which processes them on our instructions. Nothing is stored on this website.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to our use of it. Write to us and we will respond within one month.

Email {{ Contact email }}. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. If that changes, this notice will change first.
